Riot Please

So i have been playing this game for a few years, since season three i believe, sadly that was the soonest i discovered this magnificent game. My question regards the PBE which i would love to join, something about helping test my favorite game, i have just applied and was wanting to know if my past transgressions against the almighty LeaverBuster are going to hold me back... I hate AFKing as much as the next guy but due to Time Warner internet and a 1 year old son there have been a few unavoidable instances, but i have gotten a lot better at timing when to play and when not to play...usually around naptime lol point is i would like to know if any Riot gods would take the time to look at my information and tell me if i am even eligible for the PBE cycles.
