[Easy Fix] How to Deal with the lobby Trolls

We all lost the count of these games where someone act like a jerk in the lobby : trolling, instalocking, etc... I don't know if something was done secretly by Riot for this problem but I would like to present an Idea.

Today, the only way to report this kind of attitude is to play the game and at the end use the report tool to explain what happen. But sadly, the result of the game and the behavior of the player during this match overwrite this first intention... And a lot of this jerks slip through the system...

We already stated that we can't implement something allowing to dodge a game because it could be abused.

But why not add the same button in the lobby giving access to a bunch of report's motivations (instalock, troll, insults...). The notification for this report could be sent at the end of the game only, or if the game is dodged by someone, for not to make things worse.
