Which role should be the shot-caller?
Just a thought that popped into my head. Which role is the best at being the shot-caller, in your experience?

i feel like early game the jungler by far.
as the lanes are busy with laning. the jungler the one roaming around the map, getting vision of things, ganking, making dragon calls after a gank ect ect
But after the laning phase it should be whoever is best at shot calling. There's no real reason why one role would be better than the other as it depends on the person playing the role.
For example say we both make a ranked team, your mid laner is a level-headed guys who thinks of every outcome before making a call. but my mid laner is a selfish prick that baits hes team all game.
saying "Mid" lane should be the shot-caller is too vague a call.. it May work for your team, but for mine it doesn't.
At the end of the day, it should be whoever well, Makes the better calls as a player and a team mate.
though early game i do believe the jungler/ and or support should be making most of the calls as they're the people less focused on csing/harassing
From my experience, Jungler will almost always be shotcaller. Simply because they do not have to pay as much attention during laning phase and are vital when taking objectives. An honorable mention would be top laner since they have teleport available.
Jungler and Support make good shotcallers. I also do it as ADC so honestly whoever makes the best calls and understands the game best.
supports dont have to pay attention to anything. they just sitting in a safe corner botlane daydreaming
The shotcaller should be the guy on the team that isn't pinging to make stupid plays.
If your jungler is stupid, inexperienced, or on tilt; he really shouldn't be calling the shots. Not that anyone would listen to a good call in low elo -_-;
Shotcalling is a different kind of thing altogether beyond lanes.
At least in terms of soloq, shot caller tends to go to whoevers fed, whoever talks the most. Real thou, it doesn't matter who makes the calls, or even if they're "good" calls. You just need the team to listen to 1 person, and follow directions / be coordinated.
Jungler and support are generally the two players who have the best map awareness. Jungler can take initiative and proactive decision making. Support can watch map and type out calls in detail due to not having to CS. ADC is the last person I expect to be the shot caller.
