Jhin: The artist to Singed's scientist?

Now, hear me out on this one. Jhin and Singed are both madmen, but they're also unusually calm. (Or at least Jhin seems to be?) Jhin seems to have an artistic obsession with killing, Singed tends to only really kill for the sake of testing or when paid to do so. Both seem totally lacking in empathy. It's not really clear why Singed does science stuff (because he hasn't had a canon lore for years now) but Jhin seems to be obsessed purely out of personal interest. Also, Jhin is methodical in playstyle, calculating and all that, fitting of a meticulous artist. Singed is basically a headstrong, "let's do this, see if it works" style, more fitting a mad scientist, though there's sometimes a method to the madness. Jhin brings chaos with an ordered method, Singed brings order via a chaotic method. Or something like that. Oh, also, both of them cover themselves up (potentially due to disfigurement), though Singed seems to do it only out of practicality, and Jhin likely does it due to vanity.

TL;DR Singed and Jhin might get along decently and Singed needs a lore update. I could dig these two having a villainous friendship. Also I'm kinda hoping Jhin's a Piltie to contrast with Singed being a Zaunite.
