How about making the end of season skins based on your masteries

This is just a thought of mine. Right now, masteries are pretty much useless right now since the only thing it can be used for is running around spamming mastery emote and showing off how much you played the champion. So I think that for the end of season rewards, maybe rito can also give the skins to the champion you have the most masteries from.
