Just a tip, being a decent player is only one side of streaming that might make people want to watch. You need to try to be more entertaining, funny, engaging in random comments, and coming up with thoughts that your stream finds funny. You also need incentives, why watch your stream over "X's" stream? You would need the funds to do some giveaways or something. You are also trying to get viewers in the largest stream community there is. With the abundance of LCS and MLG players already there, there even a low chance that you could offer tips that they haven't given, or can top.

I am just trying to help you out considering I used to stream, got 1,192 followers, and was averaging 90-120 viewers daily, and was Twitch sponsored (Playing Diablo 3 and Dota 2) until my disease put me in the hospital for a few months and my sponsorship got revoked and then I lost my fan base. To be a great streamer, you need to do research before each session on the latest LoL news. Prepare jokes, and stuff to talk about. Have you taken the time to figure out which is better and at what point does diminishing returns kick in: Armor vs Hp? I have. :P These are all things you could do to help out your stream, if you find things that no one else is teaching, doing, and it has a reason, you might find yourself a top streamer one day.
