Champion Changes

I just had a quick thought.

You guys are working continuously to balance the game out, specifically champions and items. You test these changes out on PBE and its a good heads up for a player to know of upcoming changes. There is whole process before these "changes" are tested out on PBE. How would it be, if in the boards you have a champion section and an item sectionwith a Locked Discussion for each and every champion and item. Each of these discussions will have their Live skills/ratios/etc on top. And updates everytime you guys are thinking of either nerfing, buffing, or just balancing a certain skill/ratios/champions/items. This way, there are no "omg lee sin op" posts. Because when someone goes there, there will be an update which reads "Discussing Lee Sin Nerfs with the team" or so on. You may allow comments or not doesnt matter. As long as the information is out there.

Negative side of this would be it could potentially have "Lee nerfs planned" on there for a year, but this will also motivate you to move faster on your decisions.
