I was watching a streamer playing as braum with his dragon slayer skin. He q'ed and the little icon below lit up like usual. Now her is were I want to introduce how I think it should look. Instead of that crazy looking 4 part icon I think it should be RIOT in a cool kinda fat font or even rito to have some fun. I hope you like my idea
I could see them using the Riot logo instead if it was a Riot Braum skin, like Riot K-9 Nasus or Riot Graves, but not in the dragonslayer or basic skin.

I have to agree with what guiotine said here. It doesn't really fit his character to put the Riot logo as his concussive blows indicator, unless they develop a Riot squad skin for him (which, with that shield, is a perfect fit).
