Is there a reason why my card i used to purchase RP doesnt get saved?

It literally says, "YOUR SAVED ACCOUNTS", which it rightfully should but when i click it i have to RE-enter my account information. Last time i checked a saved account kind of..."SAAVES" your information. Am i wrong? Has saved become a completely different definition?
