Sorry to say, but this doesn't really add too much. Also, Gameplay & Strategy might be a better place for this sort of discussion, for future reference.

Back on topic: Why do you think that those champs are so strong right now? There's already a pretty good discussion going on in another topic, though I cannot find the link to it at the moment.

Ahri & Lux are both very strong poke champs, while Zed & Fizz are both short ranged assassins. Are AoE mages disappearing that quickly? I imagine that there's a sleeper OP AoE champ somewhere within the depths.

I've been maining Brand in Ranked play over the last month and have a huge win rate with him. He has insanely powerful poke, easy farming, a short cooldown stun, and one of the most devastatingly damaging ultimates in the game. He also plays well against most of the meta champtions. Fizz can't handle the early poke. Ahri has to worry about minions and get close range where Brand's E and Q dominate her. Etc.

Are there any other solid mid choices you don't see much of? What about intelligent counters for the current meta?
