I feel like some times my hard work to earn these upcoming rewards are going to be shared with a bunch of people who didnt earn them.....escentially I know i'm just whining but we all know its getting out of hand at the end

Is it that hard to see people jumping divisions in a short period of time? going from bronze/silver to plat? I mean if you're losing games but you just keep winning on a different ip 10 states away? Is it that hard to detect multiple logins from different IP addresses?

Im just ranting but I really really hate losing games to players who dont play said champs and are winning 10 straight with a horrible MMR against us getting 300cs at 30 mins with godlike mechanics that you dont see......

I had that same problem when I started playing rank. I would play like two games a day and lose most of the time then play normals after. I was talking to one of my friends, because he was at silver 3 and he got to gold 3 within like 15days; he said all you have to do is grind and you'll start playing with people that don't AFK. You'll start getting people that know how to play all the roles and play in teams, so I tried it for one day and I played rank non stop. I was at silver 5 with 6lp and I got to my promos and I didn't lose one game. So give it a try, even if you lose like 2 games at first keep going and you'll get a non stop winning streak!

in Brazil is called "elo job" a dishonestly way to receiving awards they do not deserve, my only joy is knowing that they will be limited to normal games till learn to play, or doomed to bam by multiple reports of intentional feeding by not having the quality required to be in gold / plat / diamond / charllenger is against the terms of use and unfair. But humans do unfair things unfortunatelly
