Best Snowballing Champions?
I am just wondering what the community's thoughts are on which champions snowball the best off of 1-3 kills?

Nunu is great with snowballs kappa, Snow Day Syndra too.
High damage champs with a lategame focus are the best snowballers because it tends to negate their effective weaknesses by advancing that lategame status. These champs usually exclude anybody utility focused or assassination focused because Assassins tend to have hard ceilings on their damage output. Sustained damage champs like Kog'Maw, Jax, and Azir are prime examples of high quality snowballers across separate lanes.
That being said, giving an assassin early kills allows them to carry that advantage across the map durign the mid-game--which is why they're often considered powerful snowballers because they have the power to end games earlier. GIven that definition you could fairly accurately make that statement about any assassin though, so I wouldn't really bother listing them out.
