hes not coming out today. Thursday he will be out. the waiting continues.

Just remember, we can't really do much in terms of his numbers. We just make sure he doesn't like crash the game and root out the big bugs. PBE is pretty small so using it for balancing a new champ is pretty hard. So they save that for a hotfix nerf/buff if needed.
