Fullscreen Pregame Client

Alright guys, I think a full screen client would be awesome. We could have room for, oh, I don't know, a log out button? That would be awesome. But really, a lot of us spend our time talking to friends, in chat rooms, making rune pages, making 20 mastery pages, or making tons of item paths for the organization crazies.

It would offer the ability to have better formatting for weird resolution monitors (for instance, on my 1366 x 768 Dell laptop, the shop is really awkward), as the full screen might re position the client elements.
