Riot, you should've done a lot more with your honor system instead of giving out color ribbons at random.

For example, incorporate it into matchmaking. Match trolls with trolls (those with a history of reports) and let them do their thing.

Match the people who want to play for real, together.

This way, everyone can be happy.

this has never worked ever in society. discriminations is the worst possible situation. sometimes people get reported by trolls and don't deserve to be reported. also people change but if riot did this they would never have to chance to improve. it's sorta like the elo hell of trolls.
