I think removing mobile RP purchases is idiotic and total bull. Now i wont be able to purchase RP because firstly i have no credit card and secondly, I'M NOT FROM AMERICA! The exchange rate is so steep in my country, that if i want to purchase RP off a credit card, the price literally becomes 12 times the price in my currency. Please, i ask of you, do not remove it because then i wont be able to enjoy the game to its full potential (like you even care Riot), and i wont be able to carry on my streak of owning all the Summoner Icons that are worth while to buy (excluding the team Icons), that was my way of saying "I enjoy this game, i want to spend money on it, and help contribute to you guys, to make it even better." So once again, please reconsider.

I'm assuming you can't get pre-paid cards, but is there something preventing you from using PayPal?

It's also notable (though perhaps not applicable) that debit cards commonly handle transactions through one of the major credit card companies, and so act as those credit cards for purposes of acceptability. I'm not sure if that's relevant to you, but I thought it worth mentioning.
