New champ maybe?

I was thinking, there aren't any a lot of Champs that use bows, maybe Riot can look into this. He/She can be an opposite of Ashe, (Or not), still an ADC though, but AP orientated. He/she can maybe be a new champ that joins up with Jinx (Catch me if you can buff) or with Thresh (If he's around, every third kill stack (Monster, Minion, and Champ) Thresh gets an extra soul, or movement speed, or something that can have a devastating effect for +- 7 seconds.

His/Her passive can stack maybe 3 or 4 times, and once it has, it bursts like Vel'Koz's but its fire damage or life steal, like Aatrox's W, but without the toggle (or something as awesome).

His/Her Q has the same effect as Teemo's poison, gains damage every rank plus ability power but fire or something.

His/Her W can block an attck or increase movement speed based on the current, but a percentage, same as attack speed, or attack damage.

His/Her E can toggle. First part is, every second ability he uses (excluding his toggle of course) he gains extra damage, and when this is part of the toggle is on, the abilities he uses also counts as a stack on his passive, and the second part could be..... Something.... Still thinking about it. His/Her R has the same Radius as Twisted Fate or Xerath but he releases a Volley of arrows in a line (Horizontal) like a rectangle, but quite wide.

And please post some suggestions for a name

I like the idea of a new champion. But it should be unique. Not have moves like other champions. Something that will make the new champion its self.

So what im getting of this. Make an adc version of brand? Mixed with Varus. Combined with braum. Also Made like teemo. Passive like Aatrox's W. Ult like ashes arrow split. What is this Skylanders?
