Can we get a thread going of all the people we play with that intentionally feed or afk?

Recently I've been playing a lot of ranked, and have noticed an INSANE amount of trolls/afker's/intentional feeders. I think if we could get a thread going about people we have played (just drop a comment of their summoner names) with that have done such, maybe riot will notice and put an actual effort into banning or punishing these players. Just an idea.
