Christmas Gifts from Riot
I think it would be a good idea for Riot to give all the good boys and girls 
gifts (RP, skins, champs, etc). So all the people who haven't been chat restricted lately and stuff. Thanks for reading.

Riot does give out rewards for people who haven't received a punishment, but they do it at random times. They don't do it at set times of the year so that people don't just behave to get the reward then go back to misbehaving.
