Splash Art unification question

So I know Riot wants to make all of the splashes follow the same art style and to follow international censorship laws. I understand the art style choice but I'm curious what exactly they have to look out for when the make art "Internationally Friendly" can anyone tell me the don'ts Riot has to follow?
