Accidentally Gave Myself a Skin Instead a friend...

Hello, My name is ShakerTOONasty I accidentally gave my self a skin instead of gifting it to a friend and I used all my refunds a long time ago...... Is there a way I can get a refund so I can gift it to a friend? I promised my friend I'll get him this skin but I wasn't paying attention and was doing 3 times a once and DOOM! I realized it after I was in a game with him and he wasn't wearing that skin and I was like WTF? where is your skin? And he told me he never got it and I looked after the game That I gave my self it...... I kinda feel really bad that I wasted That RP for myself then being generous to my friend. Please Is there a way Riot could help me? I really would love to gift it to my friend, and I'm not saying this just to get the refund and use it on something else for my self. I want to Gift it to my friend RavonusGG and you could do it your self a Neon skin. Please and Thank you**
