Client Crashed after Queue Accepted

I think this is so bull.... I was 1 game away from getting promoted and I accepted a queue for champion select and my client crashes. So I log back in and it said I lost my series. I stream so I have the proof that it happened. I'm very frustrated because this is a problem that is not going to be fix anytime soon. All these updates and still no fix... I can't believe I lost my series because of my client.
