That's why one of their main focuses with reworking him will be reducing the frustration he causes. Less frustration = less bans = more play time for Yasuo players.

Yasuo does not need his tornado being able to be held for 10 seconds.
The nerf just clubs down the bad Yasuos, as well as reducing his immense zoning power (I mean, who else can zone the entire enemy team for 10 whole seconds and repeat this every couple seconds as soon as they reach 6), meaning this is a much needed nerf.
