Would you speak in English?

It's a delightful little language, that, while quirky, is the primary language in this country, and it really helps show intelligence when, you know, you actually use it correctly.

But let me ask you this: if someone can't speak properly at all, and someone else politely asks them to actually put in effort into being a well rounded person, and, you know, actually being comprehensive enough to know his native language, the one who wants to better the other is at fault?
