League's Report System.

Rant time =D I want to start this off by saying I am not bashing riot for their efforts or by any means trying to come off as toxic when bringing this up. But I have an issue and that's what the boards are for, expressing issues. Now, that said, the report system and how the community handles reporting is REPULSIVE. To me, and in my experience, it is worse to say to my team something like "you guys don't play at a plat level" than it is to go 0-15 and rage quit. I've had games (plural, not just on one or two occasions) where a team member feeds and rage quits (like we all have had this happen). But, why is it that when I ask people to report them, they say 'no they just had a bad game it happens to us all'??? Like no, we don't all die FIFTEEN times and then leave the game. That is not a bad game, that is intentional. And when I say one thing that is even slightly tilt, such as "hey can you not keep feeding your lane? Just buy a ward and don't play so recklessly" I get raged and reported for it if I say it more than one time? 'Verbal Abuse' is not being asked to stop feeding 5 times. Verbal abuse is when my team swears at me 15,000 times and says my mother is a hooker. I had a game I had a chat restriction, and I said 3-4 things max the whole game to my own team. After we lost hard, in post game, I said 'no way this team is actually plat level', and someone on the other team said "im reporting you you seem toxic". I then got a notification I had been reported for verbal abuse and i should stop. LIKE REALLY?! Either riot needs to pay more attention to the reports, or there should be some sort of cap as to how much you can report people because this is insane. Now, Im not saying i am never toxic. I know i am, and i know it is bad and i shouldnt be. but im not always toxic, and i get reported even when im not. so, why wouldnt i always be toxic? Ill get reported anyways, so why not make it worth while? That is the kind of thing that crossed my mind sometimes, and it shouldn't. I could be completely alone here, but i dont really care. To me, this ruins the game experience, and I have an issue with it. Why not report 0-15 afk, but instead report the person that says "what a douche, he fed and then left. screwed us all over =/". Makes no sense. Sorry for long post, 8/8 wont read it all, but idk. I love what riot has done with the afk policy, LOVE IT, but maybe pay some attention to these things.

tl;dr: Lots of times, I get reported for saying mildly toxic things that really aren't bad, but the kid that rages at everyone, goes 0-15, and then afk's doesn't get reported. I have literally apologized in all chat for trash talking a little, and then gotten reported afterwards for something unrelated. I have been reported for verbal abuse and gotten notifications for it when I spam laugh on singed. It is unfair and I think maybe riot should pay a little more attention to these kind of reports.
