Well yeah I think it's overbuffed.
I played a game where a Master Yi on my team was healing for +239 every single time he autoattacked, it was pretty broken.
People laughed when someone said AP Xin was OP....
Now for more people to start doing it.... just wait...
The combo of devourer + rageblade is broken as hell on Yi, Jax, Kayle, Xin
