Lets Get This Straight

hopefully people will listen to this and understand but lets talk. There is a report menu and It can be used for trolling,unskilled,spam,etc. It is our responsibility to report these players and and hope they are punished(since you cant know if they are you can only hope). Many times I see people not report someone on the other team who deserves it because they won and they believe its not their problem. This doesn't help the community but hurts it. Also I have seen people not report because a teammate on the enemy team is raging at the troller/spammer/unskilled(mostly trollers). If someone is trolling and disobeying the rules of the rift report them no matter the circumstances. If you dont then the community will never get better(Of course Riot needs to work on it also).
