can you think of circumstances that would make a champion overpowered?

I was pondering for a bit what would be a dream doombots team. So far as overpowered goes ide say

1. teenage Annie, this is due to in her lore it states she is just discovering her potential when it comes to magics.

2. Jax with an accual weapon, jax swore to never use a weapon again due to himself being to powerful with one. (Imagain if he had an awesome hextec one like jaces)

3. Lee sin with the ability to see, Imagain if the lee sin we all know and love(or hate if he's fed on the enemy team) gained the ability of sight. You could Imagain him making some freakish plays and perhaps doubling his escape potential.

4. Gangplank with miss fortunes pistols, in the lore gp stated that the pistols were too good for any man to control and tried to destroy them himself. If he was using those pistols he would truly be a force to reckon with.

What other champions do you think under the right circumstances could have been something so much more? Imagain non insane renekton or Kindred as a full being. There are a lot of possibilities and ide love to hear what you think.
