New Game Mode Idea (Team Swap)

I've been playing league for about a year now and almost every game I play I hear some complaint about broken champions or someone failing because they broke the meta. This got me thinking. How about introducing a game type that instead of picking your team you pick your enemies team. It would be simple to do, first load up almost as a draft pick where each team still bans 3 champs. (Though instead of banning op champs they would be banning ones they don't want to use) the selection process would then commence the same way though when deciding you want to pick champs that get countered by the other teams picks. Finially after all are chosen the teams will swap and allow trading between your teammates. You would still be allowed to choose your own runes and masteries. By doing this type of champion selection there would be less viable complaining and would put people in unfamiliar situations. In my own openion this would be a good thing. What are your thaughts on this idea?
