leagues punishment system

Wow I hadn't played league in like 2 month's finale played the other day, and what do i get a toxic ashe and ekko player, they both had toxic intentional feeding play style's then they were also very verble with those that weren't suicide with them, and of course i say a thing or two towards them in team chat and after the game i get reported, and later im banned for 14 days, the system for over punishment is crazy, and whats worse is that time doesn't seem to be a factor for lowering your toxic level in the system i guess its about the number of games you play without being reported for toxic language, even though people report you every match just because they can, since face no one honors people any more when its easier to report them, since its league of "u mad bro"

Wait, so you're admitting to being toxic yourself, and now are angry that you got banned so quickly after having past punishments levied against you?

At least I'm wondering if I understood what you're saying properly.

You want to know why lowering your "toxic level" with the system is based on the number of games you play and not just the number of days/weeks/months etc., since your last punishment? It's because the only way for Riot to know for sure if you have improved your behavior is if you actually play games.

For example, say you get banned for 14 days, you wait out the ban, and then play 1-2 games after it is lifted. Then you take a break from League for say 3 months. Well, if you haven't played a single game of League for the entire 3 months, how the hell is Riot supposed to know if you improved your behavior or not? This is why lowering your negative standing with the system is based on the number of games you play.

I am admitting i was some what of a negative verbal player in the past, but that only comes from playing 1 -2 many match's with people that just play to push other peoples buttons trying to get them to flame at others, but i calm down alot when i take a break from league and go play other games that actually have better developed system, not going to list them since the list is to long and extensive to even start, but mainly for the time being i have been playing the World of warcraft dreanor expansion,and really for the toxic level the league of legends system keeps track of i feel your accounts level should be reset to 0 if u go for 3+ months without playing the game, and not cause your banned for 3 months but because your just choosing to not play, and choosing to not play is about as non toxic a person can be since the system league has in place people can report you for any and everything they feel like, like you get reported often for verbal abusing your team so you decide to not talk period or to mute your team as soon as your in the game, but then they just report you for refusing to communicate with your team, so Really theirs no winning the battle vs the leagues toxic reporting setup they have.the punishment is good but the level for which they judge whats toxic and what isnt is way to old school like your grandparents(75+age) old school being, really toxic verbal language is just cussing at a person, or talking down to person sayi8ing their shit and stuff like that but calling out a person that is opening trolling in a game i cant see that being toxic, since its calling out the person that is wrecking the fun for the rest of the people on your team, they were the ones who chose to be negative game players, so talking at them about how they are wrecking the fun shouldn't be considered toxic, now if i was swearing that person out then that would be toxic but just argueing with the dude about how hes intentionally feeding the other team, cause he wants to just blindly fight the enemy team then complain cause no one was with him and that we were afk, well i feel another company needs to take the game from Riote's control cause they are just driving the way toxic behavior is handled all over the road and in the ditch, and it just feels like their taking the easy way out and not actually making a decent system to handle things the way they actually should.
