after all the outlash already he doesnt want to seem like the toxic mask he is so he has "clarified" on how this all works now aka he changed his mind if you have 7-14 day banned you dont get rewards and if you have chat/ranked restrictions still at the end of the season. I still think its pretty stupid to punish people twice for the same crime (kinda why the actual real life justice system doesnt do this) but hey its better than just trying to rip everyone off
