Riot doesnt even ban obvious boosted players you think they care?

The cait I had in my game last game in a gold elo game is going botlane constantly, feeding every game, using heal with full hp and doesnt speak all game or after game or any time at all. LIke fuck you riot id rather have a toxic ass rager in my game than that atleast I know the rager wants to win the game. He does the least dmg on the team every game as an adc player. And no thats not normal for adc.

ON top of all this my entire team was silver 3 to gold 1 theres was gold 5 to gold 3. This game gets worse every season I swear. Reasons I stopped playing on my main literally no point at all.

Like when both teams think the player is boosted and are actually saying "good 4v5" there is a problem. This is why players become toxic
