Can't connect

When I try to connect to the loading screen, it gives me this bullshit (sorry for the picture being big, don't know how to make it smaller). I fixed the problem before by deleting Logitech files in the league folder, but now it's happening again, and the files are still gone. I have no way of fixing this, and I refuse to reinstall League. I've been borrowing my uncles internet until I get internet back home, and it's worse than dial up. It would take literally 3 days for the game to reinstall. Can somebody please help? I want to fix this problem permanently before I get leaver-buster punishment.
