Tribunal return?

So after awhile of waiting I figured I would ask and see if there is any word of the tribunal. It only seems like the community is getting worse and worse to the point of it seems reporting does nothing at all. I understand that there are challenges to improving a system like this and that toxic players will always be there but can we get some word of progress? I'm sure there might be something on reddit but seeing as I avoid that like the plague 90% of the time I figured I would ask here. Should we expect harsher punishments so it is not just a chat ban or a ban from playing for awhile?
