3 games in a row I've seen a kog go mid. I know it's been done before but why is THAT of all things the flavor of the month. Did I miss something? Not to mention it sucks. They all fed.
From what I can gather its a safe pick because of the long ranged poke. But I mean you might as well just stay in base. you have to play perfect to even be considered a threat.
I'm not complaining. I'm just wondering why it's a thing now.
Cuz late game kog mid can't be counter. You can't do anything about the damage he pumps out.
I love kog mid, once he gets ludens and level 11 he can really start dishing out good damage while staying fairly safe. He does require good positioning and the ability to hit skillshots but he is very strong.
I am not sure about your elo but i am guessing he can be fairly weak at lower elos because usually players have worse positioning which is a major part of his playstyle. He is also probably being jumped on because he is a big LCS pick right now.
