If I just lost my hand and I need to bind scripts to my mouse buttons to actually play the game? I know rito isnt bound by ADA but I think this would fall under a reasonable accommodation and I'd be totally fine with a * next to my name I just wanna keep playing is all.

If the script performs certain actions for you (aiming skillshots, dodging skillshots, etc), then no. No it is not.
If it helps, I have seen computer accessories which include the mouse and many buttons set up so that everything may be accessible using one hand. The buttons are bindable and you could easily set them up to use items and abilities in the game.
This is unrelated to the above, but you could probably get away with a gaming mouse such as this with some practice.
Maximum Morde1 votesI wasnt meaning anything like that scripting program that shall not be named, more like a combination of voice software with keybinds set to my razr mouse with that software it has. I imagine it will be amusing to watch me play sitting there shouting q q q q q q when I'm playing karthus lol.
But I think between voice command scripts and the extra keys on my mouse + smart cast I should be able to play well enough to have fun.

Scripts are programs that play the game for you. You are more asking about alternative means of input, which, as far as I know, there are no rules against.

I hate to be that asshole... it sounds like you're going through a trying ordeal. But it would be hard for me, as a Rioter, to make that call easily. I would be trying to think of alternatives.
Have you heard about the footboards, for instance?
I'm not about about availability on those, but they seem like a decent option.
