League of Legends Launcher

I play a blitzcrank game, league crashes, I try to launch League via shortcut, it shows "League Of Legends" text, but nothing opens on screen or in task manager, try it about 20 times trust me it wasn't opening.

Restart computer 3 times, reinstall league 5 times, still not working, try to run it as admin, won't work, delete RADS, fucks everything up,

Please help me out, Thanks!
