[GAMEPLAY] Skipping, messed up walking animation

When I play league of legends every game theres about, what I would say, is a 50% chance I get this glitch. Although I do not have gameplay, essentially my character walks slower than usual for about two seconds, and then runs faster than usual to catch up to the "true position" of the character. I cannot reproduce this on command, it happens sometimes, and doesn't other times, but when it does the game is starting to get so annoying it ceases to be fun to play anymore. When it does happen it's all game and will happen in every consecutive game. Please help, I just wanna play league.
