@Lyte Chat Logs if possible please.

I opened some tickets requesting more information about a 14 day ban I received, one I didn't even realize I had until coming back to the game after a 2 week break. Its been 3 days now and I've been unable to get the chat logs from my apparent "extreme toxicity". I am 100% sure that I have never made a racist remark, death threat, or homophobic slur in any game I've ever played. That being said I'm sure i have some offensive language in retaliation more than once but not nearly as bad as the remarks I've received. The reason for my break in the first place is that after achieving gold and just deciding to play normal's I was getting a little fed up with the community and had received a warning on negative attitude. On top of this I know some of the games I was reported via the warning glitch that still pops up in the lobby sometimes I was unjustfully reported some games where I hadn't said a negative thing all game but for some reason or the other I was reported after winning the game. I'm also aware that I was playing a lot of normals with a duo friend of mine and we poked fun at each other a lot joking around, i.e. "gank 2 good report hecarim he bad" etc. One instance I know my friend may have gotten me reported after someone on the enemy team said in all chat "report x" he replied with "I'll report x if you report Saskothehunter". The enemy player agreed without any reasoning -.-. Another thing I would like to bring up is that I have never had a chat restriction before this ban and while I may have been toxic in some instances I am fairly certain they were never cases of "extreme toxicity" as defined by the racist remarks, death threats, or other slurs. All of which I've been a recipient of before. Whether this sounds like a load of excuses or not I'm being honest and would just like to see the chat logs in question. I know I can have a fowl mouth when I lose my temper but I've tried to get better and not retaliate against people and often my language is never directed at any particular person.

I was also wondering if you could clarify your stance on end of season rewards. I worked my way up from Bronze to Gold this season a lot of it due to me working on my mechanics and my temper regarding other players and retaliation. I realize it was stated that the most toxic out of those restricted would not receive end of season rewards. Does this ban until Nov. 13 mean that I am in the most toxic category and that I will not receive my rewards? I find it hard to believe that of all the abuse I've received in game at the hands of other players that I would be considered on par with them. If that's true then they've dragged me down to their level and I really have something to be disappointed about.
