Viktor unkillable bug

Seems theres some type of bug with viktors shield, just encountered it on game i played with katarina where he will take 0 damage for a while, particularly from ultimates, just watched a shield where the same thing happened to a syndra. Happened 3 times in my game where he just simply stops taking damage from all sources. Heres a link to the video. I believe theres also a movement speed bug where he can spam his "sprint" on q as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmGvTGK92UQ theres quite a few videos out there of this happening. Fix please? it was a close game and it couldve easily won it for them. For isntance viktor got a triple kill under a mid tower solo at one point because he just stopped taking damage.

this definitely needs to be fixed.. it can be exploited early levels and its a massive problem especially if hes against a burst mage like in the video

Is it posible tat the shield is displaying too small? So even if t looks like his shield is gone ther is still some left and its preventing his health from falling.

if you look in the video the viktor was 3-7 with low farm and syndra was 5-5 his shield would never cover an entire syndra ult and orbs before.. in my game, scenarios like this happened three times where as katarina i would q w e and then get a full uninterrupted ult off and he would take 0 damage from it.
