this elo kills me, its like so frustrating someone plays devour junglers the easiest junglers and goes cant get devour before 30 min. Actually now that i think about it all 3 games its happened have been in my promos to silver, funny riot.
Jungle main here, bronze, but that seems to be a looooong time for them to get sated. Is this just that they were baddies, or were they busy helping out? Sometimes I have to babysit multiple lanes and it may take me a bit, but 30 minutes seems excessive for that to happen. Could be they were just stretched too thin to focus on getting sated, throw up a match history on those and let's look at them. 
I wouldn't worry about the other players in your promos, as long as you're on top of your game you should increase your odds of winning by a lot.
