No Longer Able to Report Bugs on Alpha Client

I've had the alpha client since you were able to download it, about 3 weeks ago. There used to be a tab titled Alpha where you could report bugs you encounter. I still encounter a lot of bugs that I'd like to report but is Riot not taking any more reports right now?
