worse and lower elo players will hate this ranked change

Normals already have what riot call "similar skill" matchmaking and that stuff is terrrrrribleeee. Imagine playing ranked and having two diamonds a gold a low plat and plat high plat vs two golds a diamond and two low plats . Technically you could say this is "even" when in reality its not. Gold players cannot compete against diamond players they just cant or they would be diamond 90% of the time the diamond will win the matchup. So what happens when you have your lowest elo player at support and they dont? so now you could have your highest ranked player playing against their lowest ranked player in a carry position just because you all qued together or had a 4 man que and the teams are "technically even" since it has the equal ranks. Then it becomes hope you get lucky to have the lowest elo player be a support player and not feed. Riot will reverse it when its just a bunch of higher elo players still playing vs lower level players so they get stomped continuously. ALooottt more people will be low elo next year thats a promise. And the best players will only que in 5 mans to abuse it and gain as much elo as they can.
