So I'm trying to 3D model one of my champion ideas (Skully the mutant yordle). Unfortunately I have ran into some tight problems, really tight problems. Now I know most people at riot in the champion creation team use ether Z-brush, Moya, or some program like those two. i do not know/ heard of any rioter that uses blender (which is what I have). What I would like to know is how do you all make the faces of yordles (for example the new Tristana). So far I have gotten the body, arms, and hands, I do not have the face/head, or legs yet (which are going to be made like a rabbits).

I'd really love some help on this, as I really want to make the champion concept of the mutant yordle come to life so-to-speak. I'd also like some help on how you do animation of the models and some UV mapping help if possible.

first you draw the characters face looking straight out at you on paper. Then you take a marker and you preplan where your edge loops will go. Then you draw a profile at the exact same scale as the frontal image. so you have a front view and a side view. Then you put those images on image planes in blender. Then you build the face edge loops by extruding edges off of planes.
