Pathfinder Permission

Even though it might be silly, and may not even be seen by any Rioter, I still wanted to ask for permission to use character idea/designs for creating Pathfinder characters.

In my Pathfinder group I will be running a campaign soon and have decided upon a multi level (Local to planar) tournament. I can always pull pre generated characters and make a few of my own (Already created a Ursain race for it in addition to characters), but I was hoping to base a few match ups against League champions. Some would be easier than others (Twitch - Ratfolk race with a Alchemist class using a crossbow; Garen - Human race, probably Two-handedfighter), and some might be difficult (Vel'Koz - Not even sure where to start.)

I could always try to claim ignorance, but felt I would rather ask and hope for a response. Also, sorry if this is the wrong board. Wasn't sure if here or Concept & Creations.
