Rek'Sai nurf?

Haaay guyyys! I'm just wondering here, did Rek'Sai receive a nurf recently? I have used her many times in the jungle, and her jungle times were great. Not many of the jungle camps game me much trouble, and i was able to gank well, and fairly often. But i used her today after not using her for a bit, and i had so much trouble in the jungle. I was level 3 or something like that, and the wolves, THE WOLVES were giving me trouble! Her damage was not very good, the clear times were slow, the only improvement showed up after level six with the and my ganks were horrible, i couldn't put up the fight i used too. Am i right in thinking she got a nurf or something? Or am i just missing something. Cause i know she was suppose to be a very good jungler, but i was getting torn to shreds until level six. I found it a little suspect considering i would always do very well in the jungle.
