Casting Call for "League of Legends: The Movie"

If there was a live-action League of Legends movie, what would the cast be like? Sure, there would be some CGI characters of course, but even those champions would need a voice actor. And there are still quite a few characters that could easily be pulled of with some to no makeup at all!

Who could play Ryze if he was painted in blue? Who could give a convincing Vel'Koz performance with only voice acting? Who has the physique to play someone as bulky as Garen? Heck! Who could give a funny performance as Lyte (the purple side shopkeeper of the Howling Abyss)?
