When will a champion reveal happen?

I don't know if I should keep saving or, if I should buy stuff. Around how long is it going to be before a champion reveal?

Not until after worlds. It has been stated many times that the next champ will not come before worlds as Riot is focused on balancing for it.

So in other words...
