why cant we have a system where riot just bans players intantly?

That may come off as harsh but you actually have to be r%%%%%ed to flame someone for you losing lane then going to another lane to ruin theirs and then intentionally feeding and never leaving top as 2-12 while your 8-2 jungler that is smurfing is the one you are calling toxic. Holy fucking shit this is why league is declining people realize riot gives 0 fucks about our game so players like this get to roam free and ruin 4 peoples game simple because he has autism.
