Especially how swayed matchmaking is in normals just played against 2 golds a diamond and 2 plats i had a silver 5 an elo boosted gold 3 a silver 2 sivir and silver 1 ashe support. Besides that being no fun for anyone in the game that could take years to go through the game at that rate. plus players dont try at all and cant get banned for it which is pretty asinine in itself

If you have the restriction you will want to win regardless i would think because you want to finish games fast and feeding will get you banned, the only players that dont give a shit are the ones without it they dont care if they win or lose that sounds like it will make the toxic players more toxic and stop playing their game why would they want players to stop playing the game because nobody tries? That just makes the game and community look bad which is already frowned upon enough.

People who don't usually do Normals but are being forced to so they can get back into Ranked, have no incentive to win the match if they weren't required to and if they only had to finish the number of games.
Your rage at Riot is clouding your judgement, as usual. Maybe you should nip the problem in the bud, and not do things that get you restricted in the first place?
